After repeating failed login attempts on the CryptalDash Exchange website, your account will be automatically locked out.

This is a security feature. You can try to wait an hour for your account to unlock. An email will also be sent to you with a link to unlock your account. You may need to check your spam or promotions folder.

Clicking the link on this email unlocks your account, and redirects you to the CryptalDash Exchange login page. Try to login again, otherwise use the Forgot Password feature to change your password.
If you do not receive the unlock email within 1 hour, please contact Customer Support.
