This document details the common issues users are experiencing regarding account creation, signing in, purchasing tokens and exchange related issues.
Please remember we are in Beta and the system is being updated on a daily basis.
Overview
We are temporarily operating two separate platforms while the ICO is in progress.
-Platform 1: ICO Portal

-Platform 2: Exchange

You are required to have a separate login for each of these two platforms, and you must use the same email address when registering for both systems. (Sorry, this is super confusing). This is only temporary, once the ICO is finished the two platforms will be combined, and you will have one central log in.
Issues & Solutions
Below are common issues as reported by our user’s and our recommended solution as a temporary workaround.
Issue: I’m trying to register for the Exchange, but I’m getting an error during the registration stage.
Solution: You must register with the same email address you used to register for the ICO Portal. If you have not purchased CRD tokens, you must purchase ICO tokens here https://www.cryptaldash.com/.
Issue: I need to rest my password for my Exchange account, but I can’t find the “reset password” option.
Solution: This feature will be released shortly.
Issue: Why can’t I see the CRD tokens I purchased via the ICO in my Exchange account?.
Solution: ICO Tokens will be distributed after the ICO is finished, at this time you will have the option to have your tokens in your Exchange account or store in a third-party wallet of your choice.
Issue: I purchased CRD tokens, and I’m still being asked to purchase CRD when I login to the Exchange.
Solution: You should automatically have access to the exchange if you have purchased CRD tokens, if you still can’t access the Exchange dashboard after you have signed up for an Exchange account with the same email you used to buy CRD tokens contact us here. https://www.cryptaldash.com/contact
Issue: The Exchange is loading very slow when I log in.
Solution: This is a known issue, simply give the page some time to finishing loading.
Issue: When I log in to the Exchange I am receiving a popup message detailing I have restricted access.
Solution: All users are currently seeing this message, please disregard this as it’s a temporary alert while we are in Beta status.
Issue: The Exchange keeps logging me out.
Solution: This is a known bug, an update will be pushed live very soon.
Issue: I get an error saying only ASCI Characters when I create an account/login to the Exchange
Solution: This is a known bug, an update will be pushed live very soon.
