Issue:
After submitting KYC information, it stuck in Sending KYC Verification progress bar.
In Chrome Developer Tools > Network, the UploadMultiple is having a 403 status.
Steps to fixing the issue:
This issue would occur if the name of the files attached in KYC has the following characters "[ ' \ " ; = ]".
To fix this follow the steps below.
1. Refresh the browser.
2. Redo entering the fields and attaching the files in KYC Verification Process. Make sure the names of the files should not have the following characters "[ ' \ " ; = ]".
3. Click Next and Submit.
Note: This is a known issue and our Dev Team is working on this.
