When you placed an order, you might have come across "NotInExchange" under Venue Status. (Go to Reports > Order History to view all your orders).

In the example, you can see orders with the NotInExchange status:
To understand what the status means, hover on one "NotInExchange" order and click on its Order Detail button:
A window will pop up that contains the details of the transaction. In this case, the Order Update Type states Rejected.
Use the horizontal scrollbar to view the other details of the order such as the Memo.
